S&H's CSR strategy is built on four pillars: Education, Health, Environment, and Economic Empowerment.

Education Support

We invest in Sierra Leone's youth through school construction, scholarships, educational material donations, and STEM training programmes. To date, we have supported over 30 schools and awarded scholarships to 45 students.

Healthcare Access

Through medical supply procurement partnerships and clinic construction projects, S&H is improving healthcare access for rural communities. Our health initiatives have reached over 20,000 beneficiaries across Sierra Leone.

Environmental Stewardship

We integrate environmental best practices into all our projects — from tree-planting programmes along road corridors to solar energy deployments that reduce carbon emissions in communities previously dependent on diesel generators.

Economic Empowerment

S&H prioritises local employment, skills training, and supplier development. Over 70% of our project workforce is locally recruited, and we run vocational training programmes in construction, ICT, and logistics for young Sierra Leoneans.
