Building Communities, Not Just Structures

We invest in Sierra Leone's youth through school construction, scholarships, educational material donations, and STEM training programmes. To date, we have supported over 30 schools and awarded scholarships to 45 students.

Through medical supply procurement partnerships and clinic construction projects, S&H is improving healthcare access for rural communities. Our health initiatives have reached over 20,000 beneficiaries across Sierra Leone.

We integrate environmental best practices into all our projects — from tree-planting programmes along road corridors to solar energy deployments that reduce carbon emissions in communities previously dependent on diesel generators.

S&H prioritises local employment, skills training, and supplier development. Over 70% of our project workforce is locally recruited, and we run vocational training programmes in construction, ICT, and logistics for young Sierra Leoneans.

We work directly with community leaders, local NGOs, and government agencies to ensure our CSR programmes are aligned with actual community needs and deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

S&H is committed to gender equity. Our women's empowerment programmes provide skills training, business development support, and mentorship for women-led enterprises in the communities where we operate.
